Cultivating Compassion towards the Self and Others with Sami Khoury
When we understand that we are all seeking the same things in life, it allows us to exercise compassion with one another. We also discover that by exercising compassion toward ourselves we are better able to heal during challenging times. In this session we explore the following:

- What is compassion and why to exercise it?
- How to exercise compassion toward others, no matter how they behave toward us.
- How to exercise compassion to the self, and tame the inner critic when it gets out of control.
- Why understanding and accepting ourselves as we are is a powerful source of self-compassion.
